Please note that this is a Fulltime position with 6-month contract.
Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Human Resources Executive to join our team. This dual-focused role plays a vital part in both the operational efficiency and the cultural health of our organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless, accurate delivery of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) processes, whilst simultaneously driving internal engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a analytical problem-solver with a knack for data accuracy, who also possesses the creative flair and energy needed to foster a thriving, positive, and connected workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Operations
•
Payroll: Accurately calculate monthly salaries, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and manage any compliance or policy violations.
•
Insurance & Benefits: Administer and process all statutory social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance procedures, ensuring employees receive their correct entitlements.
•
Contract Management: Draft, issue, and manage the lifecycle of various employment contracts, including probationary, official, and freelance agreements.
•
Data Integrity: Maintain up-to-date and highly confidential digital and physical personnel records, monitoring and updating data changes within the HR system.
•
Employee Relations & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for staff queries regarding salary, insurance, and company C&B policies. Resolve internal incidents and handle labor relations matter-of-factly as they arise.

Reporting: Deliver ad-hoc operational support and complete additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Internal Engagement & Workplace Culture
•
Culture & Engagement Programs: Design and deliver engagement initiatives aimed at embedding positive workplace cultural behaviours and boosting organizational pride.
•
Event Management: Develop creative concepts, draft scripts, and directly coordinate internal events from inception to execution (including team-building activities, year-end parties, birthday celebrations, and culture workshops).
•
Data-Driven Improvements: Design and distribute internal surveys, analyse employee feedback data to pinpoint workplace issues, and propose actionable, structured solutions to the leadership team.
Requirements
General
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•
Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of local labour laws, statutory insurance frameworks, and payroll taxation principles.
•
Technical Literacy: High proficiency in MS Office (particularly advanced Excel for payroll processing) and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
•
Workplace Design: Basic understanding of survey methodologies and data analysis.
Experience
•
Minimum of 2–4 years of progressive experience within a human resources role, with proven hands-on experience in both payroll/C&B administration and internal event planning.
•
Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end logistics of corporate events for medium-to-large employee groups.
•
Experience handling sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
Skills and Competencies
•
Numerical Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to process complex payroll data without errors.
•
Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex C&B policies simply, and MC/host internal events confidently.
•
Creativity & Organisation: Ability to think outside the box for event concepts while managing strict timelines, budgets, and operational schedules.
•
Empathy & Interpersonal Savvy: A supportive, approachable demeanor that encourages open communication and builds trust across all levels of the organisation.
