Culture & Engagement Programs: Design and deliver engagement initiatives aimed at embedding positive workplace cultural behaviours and boosting organizational pride.

Event Management: Develop creative concepts, draft scripts, and directly coordinate internal events from inception to execution (including team-building activities, year-end parties, birthday celebrations, and culture workshops).

Data-Driven Improvements: Design and distribute internal surveys, analyse employee feedback data to pinpoint workplace issues, and propose actionable, structured solutions to the leadership team.
