We are seeking a Systems and Platform Lead to take ownership of the Commission’s core service delivery platforms, including our Dynamics 365 CRM (Te Matatuhi) and Power BI environment.

You will lead the day-to-day ownership and ongoing development of Te Matatuhi and associated platforms. This includes:

Designing, building, and implementing solutions within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform

Developing workflows, automations, and system enhancements to meet business needs

Ensuring system integrity, performance, and usability

Taking a hands-on role in troubleshooting issues and delivering improvements

Building internal documentation and improving system visibility and understanding
