Why We Need You
As a Vietnam HR Recruitment Team Lead , you will be responsible for leading recruitment activities while supporting key HR Generalist functions across the employee lifecycle. You will manage end-to-end hiring processes for both local and expatriate employees, build strong partnerships with hiring managers and external recruitment vendors, and contribute to a positive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who combines strong recruitment expertise with operational HR knowledge and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
•
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
•
Recruit both local and expatriate employees across multiple departments and business functions
•
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
•
Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed service levels
•
Conduct candidate assessments and provide hiring recommendations to stakeholders
•
Develop and maintain diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and recruitment agencies
•
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
•
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Onboarding
•
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and employee setup
•
Ensure employees receive a smooth introduction to company policies, procedures, and culture
•
Partner with HR Administration, IT, and department managers to facilitate successful onboarding experiences
•
Monitor onboarding progress and support new employees during their initial employment period
Recruitment Partner Management
•
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and employment vendors
•
Monitor recruitment agency performance and sourcing effectiveness
•
Ensure external recruitment activities align with company standards and compliance requirements
•
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment partnerships and sourcing outcomes
HR Generalist Support
•
Support employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
•
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR system data accuracy
•
Assist with HR operational activities and employee administration
•
Support HR initiatives and organizational projects when required
Employee Relations
•
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee HR-related concerns
•
Support managers in handling employee relations matters and workplace issues
•
Promote employee engagement and a positive working environment
•
Assist in implementing employee communication and engagement initiatives
Offboarding
•
Manage employee resignation and termination processes
•
Conduct exit interviews and gather employee feedback
•
Coordinate clearance procedures with relevant departments
•
Ensure offboarding activities are completed accurately and compliantly
Recruitment Reporting & Analysis
•
Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, source effectiveness, and hiring success rates
•
Prepare recruitment reports and workforce updates for management
•
Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and processes
•
Support data-driven decision-making through recruitment analytics
What You Bring to the Team
•
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
•
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the Gaming, BPO, Online, Technology, or related industries
•
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
•
Experience recruiting both local and expatriate employees is highly preferred
•
Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices
•
Experience working with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems
•
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and workforce trends
•
Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
•
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
•
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
•
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•
Experience leading recruitment projects or mentoring junior recruiters is considered an advantage
Language Requirements
•
Good command of English, both written and spoken
•
Chinese language proficiency is considered a strong advantage
•
Vietnamese language proficiency is required
