Why We Need You
As an Outbound Officer , you will be responsible for proactively engaging players across the Thailand market to increase customer activity, drive conversions, and support retention initiatives. Through outbound communication channels such as calls, Line, and messaging platforms, you will help strengthen player relationships, reactivate dormant users, and contribute directly to business growth and revenue generation.
This role is ideal for a motivated, target-driven professional who enjoys customer engagement, sales communication, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Player Outreach & Engagement
•
Conduct outbound communication through phone calls, Line, and messaging platforms
•
Engage new, inactive, and existing players to increase platform activity and participation
•
Deliver persuasive and professional communication aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives
•
Build strong relationships with players to improve engagement and loyalty
Conversion & Reactivation
•
Follow up on leads generated through marketing and acquisition campaigns
•
Reactivate dormant players through structured engagement and retention initiatives
•
Guide players through registration, deposit, and gameplay processes
•
Support player conversion from registration to active depositing customer
Campaign Execution & Support
•
Execute outbound campaign activities accurately and within agreed timelines
•
Ensure promotional messages are delivered consistently and effectively
•
Gather and share player feedback to improve campaign performance and customer experience
•
Support retention and engagement initiatives across multiple player segments
Reporting & Performance Tracking
•
Maintain accurate records of player interactions and outreach activities
•
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
•
Prepare reports and provide insights to improve outreach effectiveness
•
Ensure CRM records and customer information remain up to date
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•
Work closely with VIP, Marketing Operations, Customer Support, and other internal teams
•
Escalate high-value or potential VIP players when appropriate
•
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve player engagement and campaign outcomes
What You Bring to the Team
•
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
•
Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, customer engagement, retention, or customer service roles
•
Fluency in Thai with basic English communication skills
•
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
•
Strong customer-focused mindset and relationship-building abilities
•
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve performance goals
•
Strong organizational and time-management skills
•
Resilience and confidence when handling objections and customer concerns
•
Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
•
Experience within the online gaming, betting, iGaming, or digital entertainment industry
•
Experience working with customer retention or reactivation campaigns
•
Strong understanding of player behavior and customer engagement strategies
•
Ability to identify and escalate potential VIP customers
