đ ROLE DESCRIPTION
Alchemy Markets is looking for a driven Institutional Sales Executive to join our international team of talented individuals. You will focus on driving growth across our institutional clients , managing client relationships, promoting Alchemy Marketsâ trading platforms, liquidity, and white-label solutions, and identifying opportunities for new business. The ideal candidate will have strong Forex industry experience , and personal trading experience , is a strong advantage.
The Institutional Sales Executive will be responsible to
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and
- Prospect for new clients locally and internationally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing
- Promote Alchemy Marketsâ trading platforms, liquidity solutions, and white-label
- Attend FX, CFD, and financial industry trade shows, expos, and networking events to generate new
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, build client relationships, and ensure the companyâs long-term success in the B2B market.
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform business
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and detailed records of client interactions, opportunities, and agreements in the CRM.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with sister companies in the group (EMI, technology, and crypto solutions).
- Perform other related duties as requested by the Direct Supervisor or Management.
đ WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the Forex or financial trading industry.
- Strong existing network and established book of business is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, strategies, and relationship management.
- In-depth FX and CFD industry knowledge.
- Experience as a trader, especially in proprietary trading, is a significant advantage.
- Business fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
