The Group operates through: Agbi Bayode & Co – Chartered Accountants & Tax Practitioners Pillarcraft Accounting – an outsourced accounting and CFO services firm supporting growing businesses Usawa – a SaaS platform providing accounting, payroll, invoicing, and tax-tech solutions built for the Nigerian market Our ambition is to build scalable, product-led accounting and compliance solutions while maintaining the credibility of a regulated professional firm. About the Role We are seeking a Growth & Revenue Lead to drive predictable and sustainable revenue growth across the Group’s professional services and SaaS products. This role has end-to-end responsibility for marketing, sales execution, pipeline management, and customer success alignment, with a strong emphasis on growing and scaling SaaS products. This is a commercially accountable role. Marketing and content are tools; revenue, adoption, and retention are the outcomes. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Pipeline Management Build, manage, and maintain a qualified revenue pipeline across: Outsourced accounting and CFO services Usawa SaaS products Track leads from first contact through conversion and onboarding Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and deal progression Enforce disciplined follow-up and timely closure of opportunities Growth Strategy & Channel Execution Design and execute growth strategies across: Content-led inbound marketing Partnerships (accountants, firms, institutions) Events and webinars Direct outreach and relationship-driven sales Test, measure, and optimise growth channels Actively discontinue channels that do not convert or scale Marketing & Content Direction Own the Group’s growth-focused marketing and content strategy Amplify the Founder’s thought leadership across relevant platforms Ensure all content has clear commercial intent, messaging, and calls to action Coordinate designers, editors, and freelancers to execute campaigns efficiently Email Marketing, CRM & Customer Journey Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences Maintain CRM accuracy, segmentation, and reporting discipline Track campaign performance, funnel movement, and conversion metrics Work closely with product and operations teams to improve onboarding and customer success experience Events, Partnerships & Ecosystem Building Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and targeted events Build and manage strategic partnerships that drive distribution and credibility Support the planning and commercialisation of the Usawa ecosystem and conference initiatives Who Should Apply You should apply for this role if you: Have hands-on experience growing SaaS or tech-enabled products, not just managing campaigns Are comfortable owning revenue outcomes, not only marketing activities Have built and managed sales pipelines and understand conversion metrics Can connect content, partnerships, and events directly to customer acquisition and retention Have experience working with founders or senior leaders in fast-moving environments Understand the importance of customer onboarding and success in SaaS growth Are disciplined about CRM usage, follow-ups, and reporting Are commercially minded and able to balance brand building with immediate revenue needs Enjoy working in a lean team where responsibility is high looking for a short-term role rather than a long-term growth opportunity Requirements Experience 6–10 years’ experience in growth, business development, or revenue-focused roles Demonstrated experience selling B2B services, SaaS products, or professional solutions Hands-on experience driving growth through content-led, partnership-driven, or ecosystem-based strategies is a strong advantage Core Skills (Non-Negotiable) Strong commercial acumen with clear ownership of revenue outcomes Proven ability to build, manage, and convert sales pipelines Experience supporting proposals, pricing discussions, and deal progression High discipline in CRM usage, lead tracking, and email marketing execution Ability to translate content, events, and partnerships into paying customers and retained users Additional Skills Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication Confidence engaging business owners, founders, and senior decision-makers Practical, hands-on data analysis and
