Tax Supervisor

We are seeking a Tax Supervisor with strong expertise in tax regulations, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely tax submissions, compliance with regulations, and maintaining proper documentation to support the company’s operations. Responsibilities: Handle monthly tax submissions, including WHT & VAT. Prepare tax billing payments and monthly tax reconciliation. Calculate corporate income tax and submit annual tax returns. Issue tax invoices (VAT Out & VAT In) and distribute withholding tax slips to vendors. Manage tax administration, including registration, documentation, and filing. Ensure proper documentation and maintain a comprehensive database of tax-related supporting documents. Gather and organize all necessary tax-related documents for audit and compliance purposes. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of proven work experience in tax-related roles. Strong knowledge of tax regulations, especially WHT & VAT. Familiarity with overseas transactions, including DGT & COR. Proficiency in MS Office and tax applications like e-SPT & e-Faktur. Excellent analytical and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Communicative and proactive in demanding work situations. Relevant certifications (Brevet A & B preferred). Experience in tax audits is a plus.
