Summary: The Administrative Support Officer (Associate) plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Mobile Web Ghana’s programs and office functions. Designed for early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience, this position offers a hands-on opportunity to build foundational skills in office administration, cross-departmental coordination, and operational support within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Associate provides essential logistical and administrative assistance across teams, enabling program staff to focus on delivering innovative digital solutions. From managing documentation and scheduling to supporting events and maintaining compliance, this role contributes directly to organizational efficiency and effectiveness. It is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual eager to grow in the non-profit and technology sectors. Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate administrative support to staff and program teams across departments Organize, maintain, and secure both physical and digital records, files, and documentation Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal team activities Assist in drafting formal correspondence, letters, and basic reports Manage logistics for meetings, trainings, and events, including venue setup, materials preparation, and attendance tracking Monitor office supply inventory and process procurement requests in a timely manner Handle front-desk responsibilities such as managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and directing inquiries Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date internal databases Support travel arrangements, including bookings and documentation as required Assist in tracking administrative expenses and maintaining basic financial records Ensure adherence to organizational policies, including safeguarding, data protection, and compliance standards Facilitate communication and coordination between departments Complete any additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital documentation tools Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic work environment Basic knowledge of data entry, record-keeping, and database management Familiarity with standard office procedures, procurement processes, and administrative workflows Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards Openness to learning and professional development in a mission-focused organization ${location} availability with flexibility to work standard office hours and occasional evening or weekend support as needed - Carry out any other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
