Summary: This role is central to building a passionate, engaged, and emotionally connected brand community rooted in African identity, fashion, and culture. You’ll drive the brand’s presence across key social media and community platforms—both locally and internationally—fostering meaningful conversations that reflect our mission and values. By turning customers into loyal advocates, leveraging cultural insights, and responding to real-time trends, you’ll help shape the brand’s voice, grow its influence across Ghana, Africa, and the diaspora, and inform product and marketing strategy through community feedback. Your work will ensure the brand remains culturally relevant, authentic, and deeply connected to its audience. Responsibilities: Build, manage, and grow the brand’s community across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other relevant platforms. Foster genuine conversations by responding promptly and authentically to comments, DMs, mentions, tags, and reviews—always on-brand and warm. Identify and nurture loyal customers, brand fans, and potential community leaders to deepen engagement and advocacy. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create culturally relevant, engaging content tailored to local and international audiences. Develop and manage a community content calendar with captions, prompts, polls, replies, and engagement hooks that inspire participation. Spot opportunities for user-generated content, customer stories, testimonials, and styling moments to highlight community voices. Monitor social trends, cultural conversations, and emerging platforms to identify timely moments for the brand to engage or lead. Track discussions around African fashion, identity, diaspora pride, entrepreneurship, and lifestyle to inform strategy and content. Design and execute community programs such as live chats, styling sessions, challenges, ambassador initiatives, and private community groups. Support brand events, pop-ups, launches, and international activations—both online and offline—to strengthen community bonds. Establish recurring rituals and moments that build anticipation and connection across audiences. Manage newsletters and community updates to keep advocates and key stakeholders informed and involved. Coordinate with ambassadors, creators, influencers, and cultural voices across Africa and the diaspora. Track community growth, sentiment, engagement, and performance across platforms using data and insights. Gather feedback on products, campaigns, pricing, service, and customer experience to share with marketing, product, and leadership teams. Prepare regular reports with key learnings, trends, and actionable recommendations to improve strategy and customer experience. Requirements
