Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and essential documentation with accuracy and timeliness. Support data collection, maintain records, and manage digital and physical filing systems. Participate in field visits, stakeholder engagements, and community mobilization efforts. Monitor project progress and deliver regular updates to supervisors and project leads. Coordinate logistics for trainings, meetings, and project-related events. Communicate professionally with clients, partners, vendors, and community stakeholders. Support awareness campaigns, social media content, and project communication activities as needed. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
