Job description
Procurement Management Identify and source high-quality vehicles, spare parts, and related services that align with Gigmile’s standards. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements to optimize costs without compromising quality. Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business needs and support growth plans. Distribution Management Oversee the distribution of vehicles and parts to ensure timely and accurate deliveries across the country. Optimize distribution networks to minimize costs and improve service efficiency. Track and report on transportation performance, implementing improvements as needed. Vehicle Setup & Readiness Ensure that all vehicles procured meet predefined quality standards, conducting thorough inspections and coordinating with suppliers to address any deficiencies or issues. Oversee the pre-delivery preparation of vehicles, including registration, documentation, and the installation of required equipment or accessories, to ensure they are ready for immediate deployment Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics operations. Good knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics coordination. Ability to analyze data and generate insights for operational efficiency. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
