Snack Production Prepare snacks according to standard recipes Measure ingredients accurately Fry, bake, or assemble snacks consistently Package snacks neatly and hygienically Monitor oil usage, gas, and equipment cleanliness Minimise waste B. Juice Stand Management Wash, cut, and prepare fruits properly Produce fresh juices and smoothies as instructed Maintain juice stand cleanliness always Serve customers politely and confidently Clean blenders, juicers, bottles, and cups immediately after use Observe food safety standards strictly C. Stock & Daily Control Track fruit, ingredients, cups, bottles, and consumables Report low stock promptly Prevent pilferage and unnecessary waste End-of-day cleaning and shutdown of juice equipment Requirements 1. Cleanliness & Food Safety Mindset Obsession with cleanliness (especially for juices) Understands fruit washing and contamination risks Keeps personal hygiene high 2. Precision & Consistency Can follow recipes exactly Produces the same taste and quantity every time Understands measurements 3. Customer Interaction Skills This role faces customers, so: Speaks politely Maintains calm during rush hours Presents food attractively Handles basic questions confidently 4. Speed Without Mess Works fast but neatly Can handle multiple juice orders Keeps station organised during rush 5. Basic Sales & Responsibility Understands value of products Minimises spillage and over pouring Honest with inventory and cash (if applicable) 6.
