Job description
Provides, reviews and consolidates analysis from revenue achievement to cost control. Ensures that all reporting is accurate and up to date. Creates and refines analytical data as related to menu, mixes, business unit performance, and overall F&B growth. Designs, develops, and implements reports in a timely manner (ex. includes F&B Labor Productivity Report, Daily Sales Report, F&B Sales Dashboard, F&B Scorecard Analysis, F&B Activation/ Promo Scorecard or tracker) Keep stakeholder apprised with an up-to-date status of reporting being developed. Timely conduct analysis of revenues and expenses. Continually work with the F&B Leaders to identify opportunities for cost reductions and savings as compared to budget and most recent forecast. Compile and analyze financial reports to search for discrepancies that require senior management's attention. Continually build useful analysis reports to help the team more quickly analyze and gain efficiencies not present today. Assist with special projects, including audit support as needed. Requirements Skills required: Report Composition, Tend Analysis, Advanced Microsoft Excel including Macros, Conditional Formatting, Advanced Charting and PivotTables Project Management and Project Collaboration Software. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business guidelines with ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Educational/ Experience Required: At least 4 years in financial budgeting in a service-based industry Hospitality or F&B Industry. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. Must have working knowledge of general accounting principles. Advanced excel capabilities - pivot tables, formulas, formatting, conditional formatting, macros, dashboards, etc. Ability to read a profit and loss statement.
