HRBP Officer

Partner with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals and workforce needs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (including UU Cipta Kerja) and provide HR policy guidance. Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and support decision-making while maintaining effective communication and stakeholder relationships. Requirements Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, HR Management, or a related field, with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of labor regulations, including the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other work tools. High integrity, adaptable and resilient, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
