UI/UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web applications and mobile application (iOS/Android), ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Develop, maintain, and scale comprehensive design systems, standard, and reusable design components to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital products. Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into functional and user-centered designs. Collaborate with Data Engineers to transform complex data into clear, insightful, and visually appealing dashboards. Research and apply the latest UI/UX trends and emerging technologies to keep the digital ecosystem modern and competitive. Proactively be involved in the design process of various IT solutions to ensure a consistent and positive user experience across all systems. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve designs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or related fields Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design or similar roles Strong understanding of visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout) Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping (low to high fidelity) Experience in user research and user behavior analysis Highly proficient in design tools such as Figma (or similar) Solid understanding of Information Architecture and user flows Familiar with web, mobile applications, and emerging technologies (e.g. IoT)
