Leasing & Casual Leasing Officer

Develop, execute, and manage leasing strategies to achieve annual occupancy and revenue targets. Identify, approach, and secure potential tenants for retail units, kiosks, and promotional/event spaces. Conduct commercial negotiations and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants to support long-term business growth. Monitor leasing performance and prepare regular leasing activity and occupancy reports. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of leasing initiatives and tenant requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant major Minimum 3 years of experience in mall leasing, retail leasing, or commercial property leasing. Proven track record in mall leasing, including tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and achievement of occupancy and leasing revenue targets. Up-to-date with retail, lifestyle, and commercial property market trends, with an extensive network and tenant database across retail, F&B, lifestyle, entertainment, and related industries. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Target-driven, proactive, and highly skilled in relationship building and networking. Willing to travel when required
