Job description

Description: Develop, analyze, and execute digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. Manage social media platforms, create content, and monitor performance using analytics tools to optimize campaign results. Plan, coordinate, and oversee event activities from preparation through post-event evaluation. Create and manage marketing materials, including photo and video content for digital and event promotions. Collaborate with vendors, media partners, and other third parties to support marketing and event initiatives. Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and event outcomes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Event Management, Social Media Management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and content strategies. Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals. Skilled in photo and video editing using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar applications. Proven experience in planning and managing corporate events, promotional campaigns, and marketing activations. Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills. Proficient in spoken and written English is an advantage.
