About the Role We are seeking skilled CNC Milling setter Operators to join our advanced manufacturing team in Israel. This is a long-term opportunity for motivated individuals with proven machining expertise, especially in operating CNC machines. Full relocation and onboarding assistance will be provided. Requirements Key Responsibilities Set up and operate milling machines3 axis/4 axis machining Interpret complex engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation accurately. Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and work holding devices and parts. Perform precise machine setups, including zero-point alignment and tool offset definitions. Operate machines with FANUC controls and make real-time program adjustments as required. Inspect machined parts using callipers, micrometres, height gauges, and other precision instruments. Ensure conformance to GD&T and surface finish standards. Handle materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium. Follow safety protocols for handling workpieces using overhead cranes. Qualifications & Experience Minimum Education: High School Diploma Technical/associate degree (Preferred) Experience: 4-5 years minimum of experience operating CNC milling machines in a production environment Preferred Experience: Operation of3/ 4-axis CNC machines Experience with precision components Basic CNC program editing at the machine control Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, and GD&T Basic programming and troubleshooting knowledge Ability to inspect parts and maintain quality throughout the machining process Language Proficiency: Good level of technical English (reading, writing, verbal communication) Benefits Additional Information Work Environment & Conditions: Location: Plant Floor, Occasional Office Work Physical Requirements: Lifting, Climbing, Standing, Walking, Pushing/Pulling, Working Hours: Multiple Shifts, Overtime, Weekends, and Holidays may be required Safety Equipment: Safety Glasses, Safety Shoes, Use of Heavy Machinery Travel: No travel required
