Job description

The Customer Development Executive for the Industrial Channel is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with local and export-oriented manufacturers and meat processors. This role ensures business growth through value-added solutions and partnership strategies tailored to the industrial segment Develop strategic plans to grow sales and market share within the industrial and manufacturing channels. Manage key relationships with meat processors and local manufacturers. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and business development initiatives. Identify potential accounts and introduce product solutions aligned with manufacturing needs. Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure reliable product supply and order fulfillment. Provide regular business performance reports and market updates. Manage and develop account profitability while ensuring strong service delivery standards. Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee. Requirements Experience in B2B, industrial, or food manufacturing segments. Proven ability to manage complex, large scale accounts Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willing to Work at Sucat, Paranaque City Nice to have Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and CRM tools. Knowledge in planning, customer business planning and joint business planning Knowledge of raw material sourcing (meat, seafood, or vegetables) and supply chain dynamics in the industrial channel.
