Job description

The Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Associate supports both HR and administrative functions. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR documentation. It also ensures efficient office operations, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies. He/She will help deliver effective HR services and smooth daily operations Recruitment Support Assist with job postings on relevant platforms and manage the company career page. Conduct talent pooling and maintain a candidate database. Track interview schedules, ensure interview show rates, and follow up with candidates. Prepare and manage recruitment documentation (offer letters, contracts, interview feedback forms). Support the onboarding process including New Employee Orientation. Provide logistical & administrative support during onboarding, including workspace setup and issuance of office supplies. Handle ID issuance for new hires and replacements. Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and archiving as part of post-hiring documentation. Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Employee Engagement Propose at least one employee engagement activity per month. Ensure company-wide participation in engagement events, targeting at least 70% attendance rate. Promote activities through internal communications and coordinate with relevant departments to boost engagement. Monitor engagement metrics and provide feedback or improvement recommendations after each event. Training & Internal Communications Handle internal communications for training programs, including notifications and announcements. Schedule training sessions and coordinate logistics. Maintain training documentation and records. Source and liaise with vendors for training materials, facilitators, or venues. Office Operations & Maintenance Conduct regular office cleanliness and maintenance checks. Manage office supplies inventory (cleaning, pantry, and office supplies) and ensure timely replenishment Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for repairs, deliveries, and maintenance services. Oversee asset tagging and tracking of office equipment and resources. Logistics & Administrative Support Provide event and logistics support for company activities. Act as the point of contact for Warehouse Admin (visitors’ pass, endorsement letters, work permits, etc.). Handle monitoring of Globe billings, fare, and load allowance for employees. Requirements Work Experience At least 1-2 years of experience in human resources and administrative or office management roles. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work proactively to address office concerns. Knowledge of government permit processing is an advantage Ability to handle sensitive & confidential information professionally Knowledgeable in DOLE compliance, including labor regulations, workplace policies, and statutory requirements.
