Logistics client seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to support contact centre migration and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically and review code
• Collaborate with architects on solution design
• Refine user stories into technical requirements
• Support and guide developers
• Strong Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Service experience
• Background as a developer (TypeScript, JavaScript or C#)
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead / Lead Developer role
