We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Head to join our real estate organization. As the DGM - Projects (Site Head), you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Manage project resources and personnel effectively
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in construction management, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
