(Senior) Fullstack Developer (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) in our Product Division, you will be at the forefront of building our AI product from the ground up. You'll develop robust, scalable full-stack solutions that power physical R&D automation, working directly with our founding team to shape the future of an AI-driven multidisciplinary system design.

Your Role

• Design, implement, and deploy complex, production-ready web applications and digital solutions at the forefront of our AI product, directly contributing to its architecture and technical foundation
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack features end-to-end - spanning frontend (React, Vue) and backend (Node.js, Python) - and integrate AI capabilities into user-facing product surfaces
• Define the tech stack and system architecture, implementing scalable API microservices with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Work closely with AI Engineers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software that meets both technical and product requirements
• Mentor engineers across the team, drive engineering best practices, and continuously improve our software infrastructure by introducing new tools, frameworks, and learnings

Your Profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in agile software development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Node.js); solid experience with Python and backend frameworks like Django or FastAPI
• Proven experience with production deployments and CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), scalable API design, and application security
• Solid grasp of engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, and building highly scalable applications; experience with GraphQL or graph databases (e.g. Neo4j) is a plus
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in early-stage product development; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
