Academic Operations Associate Manager (Sparks Music)

About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Manager to join our Academic Operations team in Sparks Music. In this role, you'll be designing systems that ensure our teachers deliver an outstanding learning experience, while also monitoring day-to-day performance and making data-driven decisions to improve our overall operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage class operations – Oversee class scheduling, ensure slot availability, and resolve scheduling issues
• Monitor daily operations – Review student feedback (NPS), flag high-risk issues, and track teacher conversion rates weekly
• Manage monthly cycles – Set teacher KPIs, process part-time payroll, and update teacher skill data
• Design systems & policies – Build teacher onboarding flows, reward-punishment frameworks, and observation rubrics
• Lead projects – Conceptualize recital events, drive root cause analysis for performance issues, and align with Curriculum, L&D, and Strategy teams
• Guide junior team members – Coordinate and support execution across the operations team

What We're Looking For

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in early childhood/primary education, bootcamp, E-learning Providers, or EdTech .
• Experience in handling a retention program
• Strong data analysis skills, able to spot trends and turn insights into action
• Experience designing processes or policies from scratch
• Good communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, especially when working with teachers and school leaders.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple branches or tasks, and follow through on operational details.
