Job description

Seven Retail is a House of Brands, integrating multiple business units under one cohesive strategy for lifestyle services. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are currently looking for an HR Operations Senior Staff to join Sozo Skin .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including employment contracts, contract renewals, and employee documentation.
  • Handle employee movement processes, including promotions, transfers, mutations, and organizational changes.
  • Maintain and monitor headcount data, ensuring accuracy of manpower reporting and workforce analytics.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights to support workforce planning and management decision-making.
  • Act as a key HR partner for internal stakeholders, providing support and guidance on HR operational matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal HR procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational processes and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or related HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of employment contracts, employee lifecycle management, and HR operational processes.
  • Experience handling employee promotions, transfers, and organizational movement administration.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, particularly in headcount management and HR data reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across different organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in retail, beauty, healthcare, or multi-business industries is a plus.
