Who are we looking for?

The role's primary purpose is to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding client relationships, overseeing sales strategies, and ensuring the company's offerings align with market demands. coordinate with the chief of sales and members of the board, to implement high-level goals and ensure the team meets performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization within the competitive aluminum market. Your role includes:

  • Identifying new market opportunities, assess industry trends, and guide the company’s offerings to meet customer demands and stay competitive in international level
  • Leading a team of professionals to build a world class global network of partners, fabricators or dealers, as selling points for our products
  • Leading and mentoring the sales team, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, keeping an eye on market strategy and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue and growth targets
  • Working closely the chief of sales, project sales & engineering director global, and other senior executives to align sales activities with broader business objectives and strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Addressing and resolving client or operational issues swiftly to maintain trust and business continuity
  • Monitoring sales metrics, understanding data, and providing actionable insights to optimize processes. Act on those insights to achieve sales goals.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and lead negotiations for key accounts, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements
  • Promoting the company’s values, mission, and vision within the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational culture and objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the aluminum, construction, or industrial manufacturing sector and B2B Sales
  • Experience in setting and monitoring pricing strategies and contract negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics into actionable insights
  • Experience identifying new market opportunities and driving expansion initiatives
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales performance tools, and data analytics
  • Ability to travel abroad
