ALUMIL is a manufacturer of architectural aluminium systems, with extensive production operations in Europe and a global focus on facade and building solutions. Operating in the building materials sector, the company supports complex facade and building projects with solutions that combine technical expertise, commercial insight, and market understanding.
In this role, you will shape the commercial direction of a global facade-solutions portfolio while guiding the technical and strategic approach behind major projects. You will work closely with senior leadership to align market opportunities, client needs, and business goals, while helping position the company for continued growth in a competitive international environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by managing and developing a global team of engineers and technical experts.
- Consult, specify, design, and project-manage facade system solutions for large-scale projects worldwide.
- Foster client relationships and oversee sales strategies to support long-term business growth.
- Ensure the company’s offerings align with market demands and evolving industry trends.
- Coordinate with the chief of sales and board members to implement high-level goals and meet performance targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Align sales activities with broader business objectives across regions and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and address client or operational issues effectively.
- Identify new market opportunities and support international expansion through region-specific market strategies.
- Evaluate new products, market tendencies, and required certifications or actions per region before product launches.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, defining appropriate team structures based on regional strategy and market focus.
- Track sales metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Oversee pricing strategies, lead contract negotiations for key accounts, and ensure efficient forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, and promote company values, mission, and vision within the sales team.
- Degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, or architecture.
- 7+ years of international B2B sales leadership in facade or construction solutions, with proven experience in strategic account management and managing large-scale projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering and sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong technical knowledge of facade systems and specifications, with hands-on experience using facade specification or facade design software and CAD tools.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and ERP systems.
- Experience with sales forecasting routines.
- Fluent in English.
- Eligibility to work in Greece.
- Familiarity with regional standards and certification frameworks for facade systems, such as US, UK, or EN requirements, is a plus.
- Holding a project management certification would be an advantage.
