What You'll Do

• Prepare clients for salon services, including shampooing, conditioning, and combing
• Assist stylists with color applications, treatments, and basic hair services
• Apply temporary color and assist with product removal when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment
• Sanitize tools, restock supplies, and ensure workstations are client-ready
• Welcome clients and help create an exceptional salon experience
• Assist with front desk duties, including phones, scheduling, and payments
• Support retail displays, inventory management, and salon merchandising
• Work closely with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Active Cosmetology License (Required)
• Passion for the beauty and salon industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including East Coast travel

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous salon experience is helpful but not required
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Recent cosmetology school graduates are encouraged to apply

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
