We are looking for someone who is both detail oriented and customer-focused to join us as a Senior Learning Solution Consultant . This position will be based in Korea, reporting to our Associate Business Director based in Korea. You will drive business growth by building strong relationships with schools, educators, distributors, and key stakeholders. You will manage an assigned customer portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase product adoption, customer retention, and revenue.

Your contribution to the team includes

  • Own and manage an assigned portfolio of customers and accounts, achieving revenue targets through customer retention, new adoptions, upselling opportunities, and effective pipeline management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, educators, distributors, and industry stakeholders to strengthen customer loyalty and support long-term business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Korea K-12 after-school market by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities to expand market share.
  • Develop and execute territory and account growth plans, including sales strategies, customer engagement initiatives, and adoption campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement channel development and partner enablement programs, ensuring distribution partners are well-informed about McGraw Hill solutions, equipped with product knowledge, and supported with effective sales tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Customer Service teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, customer success initiatives, and market expansion activities.
  • Analyze sales performance, adoption trends, and business opportunities to identify growth gaps, prioritize investments, and recommend actions that improve business results.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, customer information, and opportunity pipelines in Salesforce.com, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the K-12 educational publishing, English language learning (ELL), or education services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship building, opportunity management, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Korea K-12 after-school (Hagwon) market and key customer decision-making processes is preferred.
