This is a fast-paced role within a subscription-led model, perfect for a marketer who thrives on variety, data-driven results, and the opportunity to work in one of the UK’s most critical sectors.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

You will work side-by-side with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute high-impact campaigns that drive revenue and brand engagement.

Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, web, and events) to accelerate subscriber acquisition and maximise member retention.

Revenue & Growth: Drive commercial objectives by developing high-performing lead generation pipelines for the sales team and implementing optimised direct-to-consumer conversion tactics.

Content & Audience Strategy: Partner strategically with editorial and product teams to oversee the promotion and distribution of high-value content, clinical tools, and learning modules across healthcare and non-healthcare audiences.

Data & Analytics: Take full ownership of campaign KPIs; analyse complex performance data to optimise ROI, uncover actionable insights, and deliver strategic reporting to senior leadership.

Brand Stewardship: Champion brand integrity across the entire portfolio, ensuring all market-facing communications maintain the highest standards of professional accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistent messaging.

Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as a key cross-functional partner, collaborating with Sales, Editorial, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria

Experience

Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a marketing management or senior executive role, ideally within a multi-brand or B2B environment.

Digital & Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience managing complex email marketing workflows, CRM segmentation, and targeted social media/paid acquisition strategies.

Strategic Copywriting: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, high-converting copy and oversee brand tone of voice across multiple audiences.

Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM reporting, Excel) to measure ROI, identify market trends, and optimize campaign performance.

Agility & Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritise competing demands, and pivot seamlessly across a diverse portfolio.
