Job Description
The Senior Account Manager – Partnerships plays a leading role within the Client Services team, managing a portfolio of sponsorship and partnership clients while supporting the development and delivery of strategic marketing solutions. The role is responsible for day-to-day client leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight and activation delivery across a range of accounts.
Working closely with senior leadership and collaborating with regional and global teams across Singapore, Dubai, USA and other 160over90 offices, the successful candidate will build trusted client relationships, drive best-in-class partnership programmes and deliver exceptional outcomes for global and regional clients.
This role requires a highly organised, commercially minded and proactive marketer with 4–6 years' experience in sponsorship, partnerships, sport, entertainment, experiential or integrated marketing environments. Experience working on global clients and collaborating across multiple markets and time zones is highly valued. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency setting, can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously and has a genuine passion for culture, sport and brand partnerships.
Given the global nature of our client portfolio—with key clients based in Singapore, USA, Australia and other markets—flexibility to work outside standard business hours will be necessary from time to time to accommodate client meetings, activations and team collaboration across different time zones.
University qualifications in marketing, communications, business or related disciplines will be well regarded, however practical experience, commercial acumen, curiosity and a strong work ethic are equally important.
