Location: Cedar Park, TX

Facility: Cedar Park Medical Center

Department/Specialty: Nursing Administration

Schedule: PRN | Night Shift 7:00pm to 7:00am

How you'll make an impact in this role

Staff Leadership & Oversight: Directed, educated, and monitored nursing and support staff during assigned shifts to ensure seamless clinical operations and high-quality care.

Performance Management: Contributed to staff development by conducting performance evaluations and providing input on hiring, training, and professional growth.

Patient Care Allocation: Assessed daily patient needs to develop and distribute equitable, population-appropriate care assignments for the nursing team.

Quality Assurance: Evaluated the effectiveness of patient care, pro-actively identifying and resolving systemic issues to optimize clinical outcomes.

Conflict Resolution: Managed and resolved patient care complaints efficiently through established institutional channels to maintain high patient satisfaction.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
