Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice creation - Prepare, review, and process customer invoices with accuracy.
  • Work tickets & proposals - Generate work tickets, proposals, and related documentation.
  • Customer service - Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide professional support.
  • Accounting support - Assist with daily accounting functions and recordkeeping.
  • Payroll & attendance - Support payroll processing, prevailing wage compliance, and attendance tracking.
  • Human Resources - Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Office operations - Filing, copying, preparing mailings, and general office upkeep.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills-written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Office management experience is a plus.

Physical Demand

  • Light physical activity such as standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally (e.g., moving office supplies, files, or mail packages).
  • Repetitive motions including typing, filing, and handling paperwork.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and carry items as needed for office tasks
