IT Manager - Fairmont Agra
Job description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Responsible for the supervision and handling of day-to-day IT operations.
- Ensures that timely IT support is rendered to all departments, especially in areas with guest contacts.
- Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting
- Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network
- Manage system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services
- Liaise with vendors and work with users at all levels
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Strong process orientation;
- Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum 10 years of progressive luxury hotel experience with at least 2-3 year in a similar capacity.
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
- Successful pre-opening experience will be a distinct advantage
