Job Description
Division Partnership • Serve as the primary sourcing contact for assigned Division Product Managers.
- Understand product requirements, timelines, and constraints to support successful CD execution.
- Anticipate sourcing risks and proactively support resolution with cross-functional teams.
Project Ownership & Results
- Own end-to-end execution of assigned sourcing projects.
- Prioritize effectively to deliver results under changing project demands.
- Go beyond defined scope when needed to meet division commitments.
Global Supplier Management
- Manage regional and selected global suppliers, holding them accountable for cost, quality, and delivery.
- Collaborate with global sourcing teams to align supplier strategies.
- Provide structured updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
Judgment & Decision Making
- Analyze sourcing scenarios using relevant and reliable data.
- Challenge inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
- Take accountability for decisions and outcomes.
Communication & Influence
- Communicate clearly and transparently with division and cross-functional partners.
- Seek input from others and integrate feedback into execution plans.
- Build trust through consistency and professionalism.
