Job Summary

Job Description

Division Partnership • Serve as the primary sourcing contact for assigned Division Product Managers.

• Understand product requirements, timelines, and constraints to support successful CD execution.
• Anticipate sourcing risks and proactively support resolution with cross-functional teams.

Project Ownership & Results

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned sourcing projects.
• Prioritize effectively to deliver results under changing project demands.
• Go beyond defined scope when needed to meet division commitments.

Global Supplier Management

• Manage regional and selected global suppliers, holding them accountable for cost, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate with global sourcing teams to align supplier strategies.
• Provide structured updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

Judgment & Decision Making

• Analyze sourcing scenarios using relevant and reliable data.
• Challenge inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
• Take accountability for decisions and outcomes.

Communication & Influence

• Communicate clearly and transparently with division and cross-functional partners.
• Seek input from others and integrate feedback into execution plans.
• Build trust through consistency and professionalism.
