People & Culture Specialist – Offshore Wind Industry

What you will do
As our new P&C Specialist, you will be an integral part of the P&C team and to the organisation when taking ownership of the operational part of the employee life cycle. You will maintain, develop, and optimize people processes, systems, policies, handbook, and workflows to secure the employee experience and enhance efficiency. You will be the go-to-person for operational HR questions and be a role model for the Cadeler company culture.
Furthermore, tasks include
•
Contracts, legal paperwork, and formalized documents in line with legislation and provide legal advice on these
•
Global mobility activities and employee benefits schemes
•
Manage the monthly payroll administration
•
Internal/External reporting & statistics
•
Audits and compliance with SOX and GDPR
•
Leave (Parental, sickness, holiday etc.)
•
Be our in-house expert on our HRIS
•
Internal Communication related to P&C

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:

Relevant educational background in People & Culture/HR/Administration
•
Experience working with HR operations, ideally from an international environment
•
Experience with payroll adminstration
•
Experience as a super user in HRIS, including implementation.
•
Experience with HR law & contract management and global mobility is a plus but not a requirement – you will learnExcellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems
•
Proficient in English and Danish, both spoken and written
You will be working closely with your counterpart in the UK, so traveling to the UK once every quarter depending on needs should be expected.
