Position : Senior Business Process Re-engineering Expert
Experience: 10–15 Years
Role Summary
Lead business process transformation, regulatory simplification, and workflow redesign initiatives supporting digital government modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis.
- Perform RLCO (Regulatory, Legal, Compliance Obligation) mapping.
- Lead regulatory simplification exercises.
- Develop optimized business workflows.
- Translate regulatory requirements into digital workflows.
- Recommend automation opportunities.
- Prepare Business Process Architecture documentation.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops.
- Define KPIs and process performance metrics.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years in Business Process Re-engineering.
- Demonstrated delivery of:
- RLCO Mapping
- Regulatory Simplification
- Digital Government Reforms
- Public Sector Modernization
- Experience with World Bank, ADB, UNDP, or government transformation projects.
- Strong public sector consulting experience.
