Team Overview

We are looking for a BD manager based in São Paulo who can both explore new BD models (including AI-powered solutions) and drive core merchant supply growth in local Asian Culianry.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will have three critical roles

New Business Exploration – Test and launch new food delivery / local service models in Brazil, leveraging AI where possible

Represent the company to validate BD innovation hypotheses in the Brazilian market (e.g., AI-powered BD efficiency improvement tools, etc.)

Gather merchant feedback and performance data, and work with product/operations teams to localize AI sales strategies and pricing models for Brazil.

Asian Culinary Supply Growth – Own the end-to-end acquisition, onboarding, and growth of Chinese & Asian cuisine restaurants across Greater São Paulo area

Map, sign, and onboard Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese restaurants across Greater São Paulo region

Develop tailored growth plans for Asian restaurants (menu optimization, hero product creation, delivery zone adjustments, new store incubation) to boost order volume and retention.

Build deep partnerships with local Chinese restaurant associations and Asian business chambers to secure a sustainable supply advantage.

Role Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B sales / business development in food delivery, e-commerce, or local services
  • Connection with local restaurant ecosystem is a plus

Location

  • Based in São Paulo or willing to relocate, with strong knowledge of local business culture.

Language

Proficiency in both Mandarin and Portuguese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is a must, proficiency in English is a nice-to-have
