About this Position

To develop and implement marketing growth strategies and future potential in advancement roles in Marketing department. Driving and building brand identity and awareness to increase market share.

What you´ll do

Marketing Activations

Develop and plan the marketing activations aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.Ensure that the brand's image and messages are consistent across all departments, business channels and touchpoints.Working closely with Malaysia counterparts in managing and sharing resources on marketing activities, collaterals, promotions or any activations with adaptation to local market needs.

This includes overseeing the creation of marketing collateral and brand guidelines.

Campaign Development and Execution

Assist Marketing Manager in planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities across various channels.Working closely with Digital & PR team for advertising & publicity campaigns across different channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).

Education & Salon Development

Working closely with commercial team to explore business opportunities and brand reach through key channel partners.Working closely with education team to improve education support efficiency to commercial team and salon partners to speed up new customers opening and customer retention.

Budget Management

Assist Marketing Manager to manage allocated marketing spend efficiently and ensure that campaigns and initiatives deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).Market Trends, Performance Analysis and Reporting:Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives – launches, promotions or any brand activation activities.Leverage data-driven analysis, competitor activities, market trends and customer behavior to make refine marketing strategies.

Proven success working in a fast-paced environment where strategic brand-building efforts are complemented by trade business acumen

Ability to build, train and supervise secondary structures at workplace for effective AVA.

Proven People Management Skills.

Analytical and strong presentation skills/ Good MS office knowledge
