Senior Manager, Online Business (O+O Campaign Integration)

JOB SUMMARY

you act as a strategic partner to the Online Business and CRM divisions, ensuring that campaign integration strategies support overall business objectives. You collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver cohesive O+O campaigns across the company’s Own Platform, CRM channels, and Marketplace platforms. You provide guidance on content adaptation, personalization, and optimization practices, and oversee advertising and promotion investments to maximize impact. Your role involves developing integrated solutions, driving engagement programs, and ensuring that all O+O communication initiatives are executed effectively to achieve measurable business outcomes.

JOB ROLES

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborates with cross functional teams: Online Business, CRM, Marketing, and Sales Operation leaders to align O+O campaign integration strategies with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Leads the end-to-end planning and execution of online campaigns for the company’s own platform, CRM channels, and Marketplace platforms, ensuring on-budget, timely delivery and impact.
  • Content Adaptation, Enrichment, and Optimization: Oversees the adaptation and optimization of campaign assets for app, web, and CRM touchpoints, including A/B testing and SEO improvements to maximize engagement and conversion. Monitors DAM asset utilization and compliance rate.
  • Personalization & Engagement: Drives personalized marketing initiatives using advanced tools (e.g., Adobe/AIMAS) and launches new engagement programs such as livestreams, affiliate marketing, and referral activations. Owns WC redemption center content and merchandising. Leverages regional content and resources to drive consideration, conversion, and satisfaction
  • Advertising & Promotion Management: Manages advertising and promotion budgets, balancing media and non-media investments to achieve cost efficiency and measurable ROI.
  • Data Insights & Performance Analytics: Monitors campaign performance metrics—traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales participation—and leverages insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Content Governance & Compliance: Ensures compliance with digital asset management standards, brand guidelines, and data privacy requirements across all campaign executions.
  • Omnichannel Collateral and Assets Integration: Ensures that all collaterals supporting O+O and CRM campaigns are produced, delivered, displayed and installed in all O+O platform (Own Platform, MarketPlace) and touchpoints (digital and instore).
  • Catalyst for Digital Innovation: Champions new digital capabilities, fosters collaboration across teams, and drives continuous improvement in campaign integration and customer experience
