MR DIY Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team in Marikina City, Metro Manila. Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Gather, analyze and maintain HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee performance, and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity, time-to-fill, attendance, etc.) for leadership and store operations teams.

Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards
  • Collect and analyze employee data to identify trends and provide insights to management for decision-making such as employee engagement, retention, and recruitment strategies

HR Projects and Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in HR process improvement initiatives (e.g., workforce planning tools, dashboard development, KPI scorecards).
  • Provide ad hoc data analysis for special projects or executive decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Analyst
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, VlookUp, and SQL)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
