Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure high-quality service
• Manage and motivate a team of spa professionals
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
• Monitor financial performance and control costs

Qualifications

• 5* hotel experience is preferred.
• Asst. Managers with 2-3 yrs.' experience is welcome to apply.
• Manager with 1 yr. experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of spa treatments and therapies
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
