Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure impeccable service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and train spa staff (therapists, receptionists, sales, and support teams) to maintain high performance standards.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Efficiently manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to maintain our reputation for excellence.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage payroll, and oversee budgeting to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with senior management on service enhancements, promotions, and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in spa or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and retail products.
• Proven business acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in **MS Office**; familiarity with spa management software is a plus.
• A degree or certification in hospitality, business, or wellness management is preferred.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
