Industrial Engineering officer
Job description
Industry: Garment/Apparel
Location: Phum Toul Pungro, Sangkat Chom Chao 1, Khan Pursenchey, Phnom Penh
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operation breakdown for production processes.
- Analyze samples and set standard operation times .
- Attend pre-production meetings .
- Develop line balancing and machine layout strategies.
- Implement efficiency improvement methods .
- Conduct capacity studies and production planning .
- Ensure proper line balancing during staff absences.
- Monitor operator performance and reduce inefficiencies.
Job Requirements
- 12 years of experience in the garment industry as an Industrial Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in English & Khmer (spoken and written) .
- Honest, self-motivated, and hardworking .
- Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills .
- Leadership ability to motivate teams and ensure smooth production.
- Computer literate , with experience in relevant software.
