Our Client is building an AI coworker that works across an organization's entire technology stack. Operating directly within tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams, the platform connects to thousands of business applications and performs meaningful work across finance, operations, marketing, engineering, and beyond.
Already achieving approximately $15M ARR, the company has established strong product-market fit and is now entering a critical stage of growth. The challenge is no longer proving the product works—it's defining the category and creating the narrative that will shape how the market understands the future of AI coworkers.

Key Responsibilities
- Own product positioning across multiple customer segments and industries
- Define messaging frameworks, customer narratives, and jobs-to-be-done structures
- Lead major product launches from strategy through execution
- Develop launch narratives, positioning documents, and go-to-market strategies
- Write long-form thought leadership content, essays, landing pages, and strategic announcements
- Create and maintain competitive intelligence and battlecards
- Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams
- Conduct customer research and continuously refine positioning based on market feedback
- Help establish and define a new category within the AI software ecosystem
- Build the foundation for future product marketing team growth
Requirements
- Experience leading product positioning and launch initiatives at an AI, developer tools, or PLG SaaS company
- Proven track record of shipping successful launch narratives
- Experience owning positioning across multiple ICPs
- Exceptional writing ability across; Long-form content, Landing pages, Social content, Product narratives
- Strong understanding of modern AI products and market dynamics
- Heavy and effective use of AI tools within daily workflows
- Ability to work closely with founders and influence company strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at high-growth AI or PLG companies
- Active public writing presence (Substack, blog, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Experience helping define new software categories
- Experience coordinating product launches across PR, content, organic, paid, and sales channels
- Familiarity with Notion, Linear, PostHog, Hex, and SQL
- Experience building or managing product marketing teams
- Strong understanding of AI agents and productivity software markets
