P&O Business Partner – Eastern Europe Markets
Job description
P&O Business Partner – Eastern Europe Markets
Location: Warsaw
Hybrid
Why This Role Matters
This role drives the people agenda for the Eastern European markets end-to-end. You'll be the face of P&O for the business: a highly autonomous advisor to senior leaders, close to the operation, and central to how we continue to strengthen and simplify our ways of working.
You'll report to the P&O Manager Central Europe as part of a small regional team. We build from within: this role has a defined career path toward lead business partnering, team leadership or a Centre of Expertise specialization, and strong performance here opens doors across the region.
Performance
You will strengthen the foundations owning the full generalist P&O agenda, making sure core people processes run smoothly and consistently. This includes talent and performance management, reward, employee lifecycle and ways of working- all delivered consistently and without friction. You use people data and SuccessFactors insight to build an evidence-based view of workforce health, and you present it in a way that changes decisions, not just decks.
Care
You will build trusted relationships with local leadership and help make people decisions fair, consistent and transparent. You handle sensitive employee matters with balanced judgement, combining business and employee needs with local requirements. You help translate global people frameworks into practical ways of working that fit the local market.
Passion
You enjoy the full breadth of P&O: advising a sales leader on team effectiveness in the morning, resolving an employee question in the afternoon. You're energised by turning business needs into people solutions and seeing them through end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Act as P&O partner to senior leaders in the business, advising with commercial insight and credible challenge
- Translate business needs into concrete P&O priorities, processes and delivery
- Handle sensitive employee matters with balanced judgement. Run and improve core people processes, including making global frameworks relevant for the local market relating to Talent, Performance and Reward.
- Own operational P&O execution end-to-end: operations coordination, compliance, employee lifecycle
About You
You are an experienced P&O Business Partner with strong commercial curiosity and a track record of advising senior leaders independently across the full generalist remit. You are structured, diligent and comfortable creating clarity where processes are still maturing.
You bring expert knowledge of local labour law and practical experience of managing employee relations topics with good judgement. You are confident with people analytics and comfortable building workforce insight from systems data. You build strong relationships but can challenge and hold the line when needed.
You want to partner closely with the business and work operationally. This role suits someone who wants to combine true business partnering with hands-on operational execution.
