Restaurant Management System (RMS) Manager
Job description
Work Setup: Full Onsite, Dayshift Location: Mandaluyong Industry: F&B
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage restaurant management systems (RMS) to ensure efficient store operations, accurate data reporting, and system functionality across all locations.
- Lead inventory management initiatives, including inventory monitoring, stock accuracy, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
- Manage supply planning activities to ensure timely procurement, replenishment, and availability of materials and products across the organization.
- Drive process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels throughout the supply chain and restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT, to implement system enhancements and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant systems management, inventory management, supply planning, and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory control, demand planning, and operational analytics.
- Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and implementing operational efficiencies in a restaurant, retail, or food and beverage environment.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
