Technical Manager - Development (F&B)
Job description
Work Setup: Full Onsite, Dayshift Location: Mandaluyong Industry: F&B
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and standardization of operational processes across multiple business units to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), recipes, product specifications, and process documentation to support operational accuracy and cost control.
- Establish and monitor operational process controls to ensure product quality, food safety, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis, performance monitoring, root-cause investigation, and corrective action implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in process standardization, BOM management, and operational process control within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality systems, food safety standards, and operational excellence practices.
- Proven experience developing SOPs, standardizing processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives in an F&B environment.
