Job description
- Managing a team of 25 sales reps who visit pharmacies ( Field managers with their teams)
- Excellent communications skills/ leadership skills
- English is a must. French is a plus
- Roll-up the sleeves mindset, always present on the ground. Dynamic
- The role requires an excellent relationship with pharmacies across Lebanon
- The role requires to get exposed to our partners ( scientific offices)
- The role will be reporting to the VP /CEO
- Working with high integrity
