The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance.
• Oversee daily branch operations for efficiency and compliance.
• Manage branch budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for branch growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in pastry and sweets.
• Bachelor's degree is desirable.
• Must be proficient in English and Arabic.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing financials.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
